Terms

Payment(s) A non-refundable deposit payment of the final total amount is due after the signing of "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." Service Agreement. The remaining balance is due five business days prior to the following date of the event. 

• The method of payment(s) by the client to "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." shall only be made only by: 
• Credit/Debit Card via QuickBooks Payments with a 3.4% Processing Fee 
• Wire money transfers via Zelle' (Participating Bank Partners Only) 
• Business & Personal Checks Accepted

Equipment "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." provides a Professional DJ Audio Sound System, with any DJ service package offered, however equipment can be provided by others.  

Staff Safety Altercations cause by any of the clients guest(s) at any time during the event will result in an immediate termination.  

Travel "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." offers DJ services outside of the five boroughs of New York City the client will be responsible for all associated travel fees. All fees associated with traveling must be paid in full along with the required deposit payment to secure the booking of "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." and traveling fees are non-refundable. Hotel fees can also be included in travel depending on location.  

Certificate of Liability Insurance "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." will provide a General Certificate of Liability if required. (No Additional Charge)  Cancellations  The client may terminate the DJ Services at any time and must notify "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." via email or notification by phone.  

Dress Attire If the client requires a specific dress attire for the staff of "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." for their event "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." must be notified in advance.   

Event Images and Video Photographs and video for purposes of promoting "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." and furtherance of its mission are captured and recorded during the events. Content may appear on "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC." DJs website, social media platforms (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), and other promotional materials and platforms deemed fit by "UCM33 ENTERTAINMENT LLC.". Content will be shared with all clients before placed.
